Shipping Policy - the basics
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and an additional notification once your order has shipped.

Orders are typically delivered within 3-10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed

Shipping Delays
The Hergoodwill Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with the carrier to help resolve issues where possible.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. The Hergoodwill Store is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, The Hergoodwill Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review your claim and provide a resolution in accordance with our return and refund policy.
