At The Hergoodwill Store, all sales are considered final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
48-Hour Issue Reporting (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
While we do not accept returns, we will address issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery to be eligible for review.
To submit a claim, please provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item(s)
• Photos of the packaging
Failure to report issues within 48 hours of delivery will result in the claim being denied.
Resolution for Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, The Hergoodwill Store reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
• A replacement item, or
• A refund to the original payment method
Non-Eligible Situations
We are not responsible for:
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect sizes or preferences
• Minor variations in color or design due to screen displays
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in denial of future orders and supporting evidence being provided to the payment processor.
