Missing It & Finding It Again

Alright, so what happens when you miss it? By "miss it," I mean when you miss your goal. You were all set to hit the gym, and you vowed not to devour another chicken cheese steak loaded with everything, washed down with a sweet tea.
As for me, I was all geared up to post our new blog like I promised on Sunday. But guess what? I missed it. So, what do you do when your goal slips through your fingers?
1.) Reflect (a.k.a. stare into space and wonder why you thought skipping the gym was a good idea).
2.) Take action and figure out how not to repeat your epic fail.
3.) Hold yourself accountable but don’t throw a pity party for one.
4.) Do better starting today (because yesterday’s you wasn’t on top of things).
Now, that’s something we can all handle. And, that’s so very insightful, if I do say so myself.
We keep it always Fresh, when we hit the reset button, and rise again to the occasion.
